These are especially appealing to the people who know it's what you keep that is more important than just what you make. Hey, not all of your fun money should be spent on rent. Life - Fun Money = Boring. As you can see, these are very affordable. Here's the break down, you plus a roommate and:

   Rent: Only $525/mo.   (per apartment/unit, not per bedroom/person)

   Deposit: $450 - 100% Refundable

   Pet Deposit: $400 1/2 Refundable, 1/2 Non-Refundable

   Application Fee: $35/person

Holleman by the Park is a small community of buildings located near the corner of Holleman and Anderson (1402 Holleman, College Station, Texas USA 77840). They are locally owned and managed. The residents seem to be a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals. Some highlights of the units include:

  • Across the street from Anderson Park
  • Close to Target, HEB (nice grocery store), Blockbuster, Starbucks, and other Shopping located at Texas Ave. & Holleman. 
  • Less than 1 mile from Texas A&M University campus with a simple bike path directly into campus.
  • Less than 1 block from Texas A&M University  Shuttle Bus pickup/drop off.
  • Laundry service next door to units.
  • We pay water.
  • We include Cable TV at no cost.
  • We include Wireless Internet access at no cost.
  • Parking is conveniently close to your door, and abundant.
  • No low lying water-logged sidewalks to walk through when we get showers.
  • Campus & shopping is close which saves time & driving.
